课程安排如下：

200 小时基础培训课程是溢修瑜珈培训学院设立的基础教师培训课程。此课程秉承印度传统哈他瑜珈的传统，融合现代科学的理念，严格遵照美国瑜珈联盟 Yoga Alliance 制定的 200 小时教师培训标准设置课程，总学时为 200 小时，其中：

1 、瑜珈技能（清洁法、体式、呼吸控制法、唱诵、冥想 )
2 、教学法
3 、瑜珈生理解剖学
4 、瑜珈哲学与生活方式
5 、实践

全部课程分为三个阶段，初级阶段、中级阶段、高级阶段，便于工作和学习的安排。

连续贯通、有张有弛的科学教学过程
整整一个月的连续学习，每天 8 小时，每周 6 天，让你体验专业深度的瑜珈培训并且很好地消化，让你在轻松学习的过程中成为专业的、上海一流的瑜珈教练。专业、深度的教学配合您的大量的练习，一个月，你将脱胎换骨，成为专业的瑜珈士。

考核：
200 小时课程内容全部完成后进行统一考核。
考核内容分为中间考核，结业教学演示、笔试、体式演练、答辩等。
最终通过考试的学员，可授予《国际瑜珈教练资格证书》，不合格者免费补学补考合格为止。

International Yoga Teacher Training Course

INTERNSHIP opportunity available!
The course will strictly apply to Yoga Alliance 200 hours course guidelines. In nearly one month you will learn:
1. Yoga Practice: Kriya, Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Chant
2. Teaching skill
3. physiology
4. Yoga philosophy and life style
5. Internship

Classes will be taken every day 8 hours, 6 days per week. In one month you will be developed into a professional yogi thoroughly.

The students who passes the all the examinations will be authored with a International Yoga Instructors License. You are allowed to take classes for free until you pass all the examinations.

You are welcome to join the course if you：
1 . want to become a fulltime/part time Yoga Instructor.
2 . like yoga and want to study yoga in a systemic way.
3 . are suffering from some sickness need further Yoga therapy to recover.
